Serving millions annually, the network spans 13 hospitals and 4 clinics, each dedicated to advancing healthcare for a healthier nation. Yet, Hoan My’s brand identity, reflecting its mission and vision, needed a refresh to unify and modernize its image across diverse regional branches.
The rebranding was a massive undertaking: modernize Hoan My’s identity across its network of hospitals and clinics, establish cohesive visual standards, and provide staff with training to implement the changes effectively. This wasn’t just about creating a new look; it was about weaving together the varied regional cultures and practices within the network into a single, unified brand experience.
Achieving brand consistency on this scale presented both logistical and cultural challenges. Balancing regional nuances within a coherent brand framework required meticulous planning, while rolling out changes across multiple locations demanded a phased and organized approach.
Working closely with Hoan My’s teams, I developed a comprehensive visual identity guideline, encapsulating brand colors, typography, and visual standards that would remain consistent yet adaptable across locations. I led interactive online training sessions to equip staff with the knowledge and confidence to apply the new branding, ensuring a seamless transition. Each step was aligned with Hoan My’s mission, emphasizing their commitment to delivering top-tier healthcare through an easily recognizable and unified brand.
